The couthouse The Courthouse of Judge Baskerville, used to judge criminals (a person is already considered guilty when taken to Enies Lobby), but the final word is in the hands of the "Just Eleven Jurymen", criminals sentenced to death, who have adopted the notion to take as many people with them as they can. Therefore, no one in the history of Enies Lobby was ever pronounced innocent |

Tower of Justice The Tower of Justice is a large tower with the words "Enies Lobby" proudly displayed on it. This is CP9's residence. The seat of CP9 and their overseer, who is the highest authority at Enies Lobby. One must pass through here in order to reach the Gate of Justice and enter one of the two destinations possible (Impel Down or Marine Headquarters). |
